At ATInc, customer support begins the day you engage us for your project. In fact, we have chosen to work primarily with small business and professional offices and organizations precisely because our interests and stengths revolve around building mutually beneficial relationships with our clients.

All of our consultants have experienced, and ultimately walked away from, big corporate environments whose customer support policies were apathetic at best or deceitful at worst. Integrity and humanity are values we are unwilling to trade even for those "big bucks," so our customers reap the benefit of our senior-level qualifications and scaled-down income expectations.

Operating as consultants rather than employees, our success on a project can best be measured by the degree to which our clients become self-sufficient and can carry the project forward without us! Likewise, we believe it is a tribute to the value we place on customer service that a large percentage of our business comes from new projects begun by former and continuing clients.

An exception to the "putting ourselves out of business with excellent customer service" rule is when we engage in ongoing maintenance contracts with clients. Most staff configurations do not include experts in either web maintenance or network systems management, so it is generally more cost-effective for those clients to contract with us to prevent down-time and troubleshoot when the inevitable technology glitches arrive.
